Love God
Today we welcome David and Monica Roberson. They come to us with a love for the Lord and a passion for ministry. In the days ahead we will do much together:
Together we will worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).
Together we will grow in the grace and knowledge
of our Lord Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
Together we will proclaim forgiveness of sins through
Jesus' name to all nations (Luke 24:47).
Together we will use whatever gifts we have been given
by the Holy Spirit to serve others (1 Peter 4:10).
Together we will eagerly wait for the fulfillment of our blessed hope — the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13).
Today we look forward to all of the things we will do together. And so together with one voice, let all of God's people say: "Amen — May all of these things be so!"
