Don grew up on the eastside of Knox County in Howard, Ohio. He graduated from East Knox High School in 1982, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Cincinnati Bible College in 1986 and his Master of Religious Education from the Cincinnati Christian Seminary in 1991.

Don has worked in the Christian Ministry field for the last 19 years. He worked for 5 ½ years as a Missionary with Team Expansion in Dublin, Ireland. When he came back to the states he worked for 7 years at Student Christian Fellowship on The Ohio State University campus and has been on staff as Minister of Singles and Young Adults here at Worthington Christian since January, 2005.

Don credits Marshall Hayden, Bob Stacy, Ken Goble and Eleanor Daniels as having the most impact on his Christian walk.

Don has been married to Lesa since 1995. They have two daughters, Emma and Claire.

Don's desire for Worthington Christian Church is "to help make it a community that if the Bible were still being written, Worthington Christian Church would be included as a place where the Spirit was free to do His work in and out of those who attend."
