Lee grew up in several different cities. He was born in Johnson City, TN, moved at the age of 3 to Daytona Beach, FLA and then at the age of 10, his family moved to Greeneville, TN.

Lee received an A.S. degree in Computer Science at Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN and then received his B.A. degree in Family Ministry at Milligan College, Milligan College, TN. Most recently Lee has received his MA degree from Cincinnati Christian University.

Lee has worked in the Christian ministry since 1991. He was youth minister at Anderson Christian Church, KY from 1991-1993. From 1993-2000 he was Associate Minister for Indian Hills Christian in KY. He has been the Minister of Discipleship and Involvement at Worthington Christian Church since 2000.

Lee credits his parents, Bob and Joyce, as having the most impact on his Christian walk.

Lee has been married to Sarah since 1992. They have three children, Claire, Charlie and Chris.

Lee's desire for Worthington Christian is "to see people come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord and become committed disciples."
